As the other guy said, you can bang out 75 from blackjacking in a day, then move to knights with Ardy diary and the fail rate isn't bad and it's pretty afk if you just mash a key to pickpocket then check every minute or so. Ardy knights is very relaxing. I did it at 80 and I was getting around 120k-130k an hour or so. It jumps up a lot at 85 and at 90 (at 90, I was getting around 200k+ an hour) I did it to 99 at ease. Highly recommend getting rogues outfit though because you do make a lot of gp on the way to 99. Currently doing the same thing, I've gone from 55-86 ...It's 252k/h perfect tick at 95+ (the level you no longer fail at). So from 99 it'd be less than 90 hours for the pet. Statistically you'll get the pet in 14.89M xp at ardy knights, on average. The drop rate is indeed 1 in 21.6m xp though.
